October 2018 Photowalk Community – Urban Architecture and Public Art around Docklands


Our October Photowalk will be held in Docklands around the streets and harbour, finishing with dinner/drinks next to the Yarra at South Wharf. We will include the Melbourne Star wheel (views from below), urban architecture, local parks and public art, finally crossing the Webb Bridge to South Wharf for dinner. There may be opportunity for sunset photos after dinner, depending on the weather. 

All visitors, friends and members of MCC are welcome.

Members' Exhibition: Shot in the City of Port Phillip - October 2018

The aim of our project “Shot in the City of Port Phillip” is to create a photographic exhibition which will showcase the cultural diversity, heritage buildings and the many artistic and leisure activities which make the City of Port Phillip so vibrant. As one of the oldest areas of Melbourne, Port Phillip is known for its many dynamic urban villages, a foreshore which stretches for over 11km, cultural diversity, magnificent heritage buildings, artistic expressions and beautiful parks and gardens.

September 2018 Photowalk Community - Spring in Cranbourne

Our September Photowalk will be held at the Australian Garden at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Cranbourne to capture early spring in the gardens. We will end with a social catchup and early dinner/drinks at a local Cranbourne pub.
