At the Board meeting at the start of February the Directors took the decision to call a Special General Meeting (SGM) as soon as possible in order for the members to elect a new President following Adrian Roy's resignation.
The Club constitution requires that the members be given at least 21 days notice of a meeting. To ensure all members are given sufficient notice the SGM will take place at 8pm on Thursday 18 March.
The scheduled guest speaker will commence his presentation at the conclusion of the SGM (approximately 8.30pm). The formal Notice of Meeting will be posted with Exposure before the end of February.
