The next MCC monthly outing for all members is on Tuesday 6th of April for a City River Cruise. As always, Camberwell members are welcome to attend.
The cruise departs from the riverside at Federation Square and consists of two parts:
- Down River (Cruise A) to the Westgate Bridge and back (approx 1 hour)
- Up River (Cruise B) to Herring Island (Como) and back (approx 1 hour)
The order of occurence depends on the tide, so the boat can pass under the low bridges.
You can choose one or the other, or both (ie. A or B, or A & B). Those wishing to do both A & B simply stay on board after the first leg.
Adult cost is $22 for A or B, or $29 for A & B. Concession rates are $4 off. We can buy tickets collectively at the boat for a possible group discount (depending on numbers), rather than individually at the ticket kiosk in Flinders Street Station.
Complimentary tea or coffee is provided. Other drinks can be purchased, but not food.

We plan to do cruises A & B commencing at 10:30am and concluding at approx 12:30pm, followed by lunch in or around Federation Square.
Meet at 10:00am (for 10:30am departure) at Berth 4, Princes Walk Melbourne (Under Princes Bridge, near Flinders Street Station and Federation Square), Melway Refs. 1B P11 and 2F G6.
