'For Seniors, By Seniors' Photography Exhibition

A photography exhibition by senior members of The Melbourne Camera Club, as the Club’s contribution to 2018 VICTORIAN SENIORS FESTIVAL.

Photography is a wonderful recreational pursuit for seniors. Taking photos and sharing them with family and friends can be a great interest.

During SENIORS WEEK 2018, the Melbourne Camera Club is holding an exhibition of photographs demonstrating how much fun photography can be, and what a wonderful hobby it can be, when one no longer participates in paid employment.

Whether you travel, or take photos in our city of the people, events or places that interest you, or if you confine your photography to the garden and photograph flowers, birds or pets or try some macro photography with insects and bugs; photography is a wonderful way to occupy your time. You don’t have to be a Senior to attend this exhibition, everyone is welcome. Bring the whole family.

Entry is FREE. Come enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or coffee with us.

The exhibition will be held in the upstairs gallery of The Melbourne Camera Club, cnr. Ferrars and Dorcas Streets, South Melbourne.

During the exhibition, it is planned to have VASP club lists available, so visitors can learn of the location of their nearest camera club.
