Member Information - How to log in for the first time and update your account

Your member account on the website contains information about your membership. These details have originated from your original application for membership or changes of details that have subsequently been advised. The details that have been placed in your private account include name, street address and email address. Your email address is your User Name.

You have automatically been enrolled to receive the weekly electronic newsletter eMCC. You will need to log in to your account to receive newsletters from the special interest groups.

If you have not yet created a password for your account, follow these steps. Note, the password you had for the old website was not transferred, you must follow these steps!

For security reasons (your password is stored in such a way that it can't revealed), you will need to reset your password to login. Visit, your username is your email address (the one that received THIS email). A one time link will immediately be emailed to you at that email address.

Click on the link in the email (or copy and paste the link into your browser). You will be presented with the “My Account” page to create your password. After entering your password for the second time, click SAVE. The web page will show that the changes have been saved.

While still logged in, click on the EDIT tab (located under your account name/email address), then click on “Name and Address”. Please make sure the details recorded are correct, particularly your address. This new feature allows you to control your contact details so that they are always up to date. The address here will also be used for any mailings, including Exposure.

You have automatically been enrolled to receive eMCC – the weekly newsletter. You can also elect to receive any newsletters from the special interest groups on this page.

When you have finished making any changes, click SAVE. The web page will show that the changes have been saved.

You can now LOGOUT (top right of web page). There is currently no other member only material that can be accessed when logged in.

If you have any problems with this process, please contact either:

Alan Harper    or

Gary Richardson

A common problem is that the email address that we have recorded for you has changed. Please do not create a new account, email either Alan or Gary with the details of your new email address and we will update it in the system. You will then be able to follow the steps outlined above.
